SOMA AAPI Run was created to not only honor those killed in Atlanta in March 2021 but to support and celebrate the Asian American & Pacific Islander community (AAPI). The goal of the SOMA AAPI Run is to raise awareness that the community exists, that it is made up of a multitude of cultures, and to bring the AAPI community together. SOMA AAPI Run is both a fundraiser and a celebration of the SOMA Asian American & Pacific Islander community and their allies.
