Wolt Workers Organise
We are a group of Workers at Wolt who are campaigning for better pay and conditions, backed by our Trade Union, 3f.
The group is based in Copenhagen, however we campaign for better rights for Wolt Workers across the whole of Scandinavia.
Because of pressure from us, Wolt has already introduced a pay rise and has agreed to give riders accident insurance from 2020. Whilst these changes are welcome, we believe that our campaign can go further. We have been leafleting and holding meeting, speaking and listening to a large number or riders about their concerns.
The main concern, is that we are in a state of bogus self employment, with Wolt refusing to accept that we are workers, guaranteeing us sick pay, holiday pay, fair shift patterns and much more. We believe that the fairest way forward is for Wolt to guarantee us basic employment rights through a Collective Bargaining agreement. This would allow us a guaranteed income whilst still allowing us to maintain flexibility.
