Billy Miller Memorial On October 13, 2008, William Joseph Miller, a 24-year-old Blue Mound fire fighter was involved in a tanker rollover. Billy was airlifted to a local hospital.

Approximately 67 min after he was extricated, despite advanced life support, Billy passed away.
