On April 22, delegates from NEOAC attended a dinner and award presentation in Halifax for United Way. At this dinner an award was presented to NEOAC in recognition for their partnership with United way which included donations, participation in Period Promise and Day of Caring. In attendance to accept the award was Tina Vincent Gagnon (6500 and has also done work with United way) Eric Delpart, president of NEOAC and VP with 6500 and 2020 President Stephanie Gunson.

As most of you know, Alouette had presented a new offer to the Union this week. The Union presented this offer to the members today to vote, the majority of the membership has rejected this offer. They will be back on the picket line again Monday. Thank you everyone for your continued support for these drivers!!!
