🌎✨ Happy Earth Day from Energy is Everything!

Today, we’re celebrating the power of STEAM to protect our planet and the role YOU can play in shaping a more sustainable future. From clean energy engineers advancing solar and wind technologies to innovators reimagining how we live, work, and conserve resources, STEAM careers are driving real environmental change.

But it all starts with action. Small, everyday choices like saving energy, reducing waste, and caring for our air and water can make a big impact on the world around us.

Last month, TEC’s workforce development team supported the planning and facilitation of
California Climate Action Corps annual midterm retreat! ⚓🌍

This year’s midterm retreat brought fellows from across the state together aboard the historic Queen Mary in Long Beach. The event was designed to build connections, celebrate climate impact progress, and sharpen skills through workshops and inspiring speakers.

We are proud to be a part of this unique workforce development program and continue our work with wonderful partners from Bay Area Community Resources and California Volunteers!
