We kicked off our Who’s the Biggest Turkey campaign this year with a friendly competition between Marist and St. Pius in connection with their annual rivalry on the football field. While Marist took the game on the field, St. Pius was our top Turkey! The schools came together to raise over $2,200 through this effort to support families suffering from food insecurity. What a great way to kickoff our 2023 campaign! It is not too late to donate…Our campaign will continue through Thanksgiving and our goal is to raise $10,000. Link in bio! Thanks for your support!

And our top turkey is...PACE!!!!! It was a neck and neck competition this year between Pace and Westminster. Pace raised over $3,900 with a participation rate of 7.9% and Westminster raised over $6,600 with a participation rate of 7.84%. In addition, Pace and Westminster provided bags of sides to accompany the turkeys at Thanksgiving and the winter holidays. The Compassion Kitchen Project

The Compassion Kitchen Project launched in Atlanta in response to the COVID-19 crisis. The Compassion Kitchen Project uses donations to pay restaurants to make meals for non-profits and those suffering from food insecurity, providing both income for restaurant employees and much-needed support for nonprofits that serve the homeless and others in crisis. COVID-19 has caused a major disruption for non-profits at a time when their clients are most vulnerable. Non-profit partners include Nicholas House, Chris180, City of Refuge and Catholic Charities Atlanta. Tax deductible donations can be made here.
