Regulation has failed - Public Ownership Now!

As average energy bills rise by 10% Unite general secretary Sharon Graham said:

“Heating and electricity bills will rise again this winter. That means energy companies will continue to rake in obscene profits, while working people struggle and pensioners shiver without their fuel allowance. These are the wrong choices when there is an overwhelming case for taking energy out of the hands of the profiteers and owning it ourselves.”

There is a vote on the Universal Credit cut in Parliament this Monday.
If you have a Tory MP, please write to them this weekend (or even call) and tell them why them must vote against the cut.
It could make all the difference - to 6 million people.

Even some Tories know the cut to Universal Credit is a disgrace.
Tory rebels are forcing a vote on Monday.

If you have a Tory MP, please write, email or even ring them, and tell them to vote for the amendment. And ask your friends to do the same! This isn't about expecting a change of heart - our job is to make sure that Tory MPs know that if they don't vote the right way on Monday, it will cost them votes.
