In a recent meeting David Farmer was invited to speak and he gave himself many pats on the back!
He mentioned his the boss of 2000 odd employees at CCC and they all report to him.

I grilled him over a knockdown rebuild of a house in my street carried out without Council approval and Council granted the Occupation Certificate without a blink of an eyelid.
I explained there is corruption within the Planning staff that took part in this matter.

I asked him one question which he never answered!
Why did he fail to mention the OC was issued in April 2019 and the matter is not as historic as he responded at the June Council meeting?
Instead he deferred my matter to another government agency!

David Farmers Intergrity and leadership as a CEO for CCC has to be questioned as to why as Council boss he needs to refer the matter elsewhere?
Is he supporting this behaviour within the Planning staff at CCC?

He never mentioned his secretly applied to IPART for a further Rate rise for the CC community.

CCAC COMPLAINS ABOUT MR BIG:

The Central Coast Activists Collective is calling on the NSW Government for accountability on the current role of the Administrator of Central Coast Council.

Collective spokesperson Allen Slater said they wanted the Government to advise on the current tenure of the Administrator and his role and responsibilities and an up-to-date assessment of his performance in the job and accountability to the residents, reports Coast Community News.

The Collective has written to Minister for Local Government Ron Hoenig and Minister for the Central Coast and Member for Wyong David Harris seeking answers.

“We’re taking this action because since 2015 the Central Coast has been subject to the decisions of three different Administrators,” Slater said.

“Also, despite the fact that the Administrator claims that our Council finances are ‘back in the black’, the sale of our community assets continues.

“Further to that, there hasn’t been any assessment of the Administrator’s performance in his role, despite the change of government in NSW.

“The Central Coast community lost its local government democracy in October 2020 and since that time we have been hit with increased rates, reduced or no services and the ongoing sale of our assets.

Last nights Central Coast Council forum where I spoke about the neighbours illegal built and Council has never issued me an explanation how it happened and why it happened and have never acknowledged my complaint.
Council never apologised and still refused at tonight’s meeting 26-6-23.

Once again I was met with Councils obfuscation

In response Mr David Farmer the CEO @ CCC mentions it was about a DA issued in September 2012 and Mr Colosimo lodged the complaint in May 2019 with Mr Farmer failing to mention the Occupation Certificate was issued in April 2019 a month earlier then the lodged complaint.

Most of the Council staff involved with this maladministration are still employed at Central Coast Council. Why Mr Farmer?

It’s Mr Farmer’s responsibility to report this matter to ICAC and to the NSW Ombdsman.

Why isn’t Mr Farmer dealing with the staff and what measures has he put in place so this does not happen again rather then flogging me off to NSW Ombdsman?
