3. HOW WE ANSWERED WHEN OUR STAKEHOLDERS ENGAGED OUR ORGANISATION.
1. Mr Tyson Senzo Zulu engaged our organisation about doing an outreach program for children of families experiencing hardship in our community. It was such an unbelievable moment for use because we have been trying to do something like this. We believe that without our sponsors donations we would have had a hard time continuing our outreach program for children of families experiencing hardship in our community

2. One of our community members asked the main purpose of this event.
The main purpose of our outreach program is to help, uplift, and support those who are deprived of certain services and rights. It will involve giving learning, social planning and health support.

THE GENERAL EXPERIENCE OF STAKEHOLDERS WITH REGARD TO DUBAN YOUTH COUNCIL EVENT
We are so grateful for the support of our corporate partners, who are committed to strengthening families and building stronger, healthier, and safer communities. Together, we are helping to make a positive and lasting difference in the lives of so many we know. Thanks to the help of our sponsors, continues to fulfill our mission of donating food parcels and clothes to children’s home and less fortunate kids.
Community: our community members had an inspiring and heart worming experience. It was so overwhelming for us to witness such inspiring event where Durban youth council is donating clothes to less fortunate kids. In this event we have learned how important it is to donate clothes or food parcels to help those in need.
Sponsors: we are glad to be part of such inspiring events like this one where we must share our behaviour change messages to our youth, educating our youth and helping those in need who may be affected by hunger or a disability, as well as other groups who are oppressed or underprivileged. Without our sponsors donations we would have had a hard time continuing our outreach program for children of families experiencing hardship in our community. Thank you for everything; you cannot possibly know how grateful we are for your support.
