UPDATE due to inclement weather in the forecast for Friday in the Seguin area, we will be going to a rolling schedule in the field events as well. Starting at 8 am‼️

The USATF Texas Southern Association Youth JO, Masters, Open, and Para Championships will be held at Matador Stadium, Seguin, TX on Friday, June 5th.

Please be advised that, before attempting to register on athletic.net, athletes must first have a current, valid USATF athlete membership. Once their profile has been established in the USATF portal, athletes must go under the athlete verification tab and upload an identification document for age verification, if they have not done so already.

We welcome all USATF members of all ages to join us at this year’s event. The meet is open to all ages and skillsets.

Our January Athlete of the Month is Eric Rose! 🔥

Big-time performances shine brightest on the biggest stages — and Eric Rose delivered exactly that at the iconic Millrose Games.

The Leander, TX junior cleared an impressive 17 feet, 2.75 inches (5.25m) to win the boys pole vault, taking down the nation’s top three ranked vaulters in the process: Jaxon Jerabek (IMG Academy, FL), Luke Beattie (Warwick, NY), and Victor Olesen (Richmond, VA) — who entered the meet ranked US #1, #2, and #3.

With this breakthrough victory, Rose now moves to US #3 nationally and firmly establishes himself as a Championship Contender for later on this season.

From Austin to the national spotlight, Eric Rose is soaring higher than ever. 🚀
