Fellow GUKFC members and well-wishers, our annual Give Back Run, Cycle, and Walk October challenge is back again. This year, the fundraiser will be used to support the TechLab Project by Tech4All, The Gambia. Tech4All is an organisation set up by young Gambia women to widen access and opportunities to IT for women, children, and low-income earners in rural areas.

There are 3 individual medals to be won plus a surprise prize for the winners.
The winning categories are:
1. Serving Male.
2. Veteran and civilian male.
3. Open female.

To win, you have to cover the longest distance from October 1st to 31st in your given category.

To take part in the challenge, please fill out the MS form attached and encourage your friends and family members to take part.

Attention!
Our quarterly Campeh is scheduled for Saturday 18th March 2023 . We have external speakers from Blesma joining us for the first hour to speak about mental resilience .
