As I return to serving our three beautiful communities with Southern Stl'atl'imx Health Society, I'm coming back with a heart full of gratitude and renewed purpose.
I recently spent time in with my loved ones, including my two grandmothers, one 91, the other just celebrating her 85th birthday. Sitting beside my bedridden grandmother reminded me that true health goes beyond clinical measurements, medications, and treatments. It's deeply tied to family, dignity, relationships, and simply being there for one another.
This week I'll be traveling through all three communities to listen, learn, and reconnect.
Building on my earlier focus on health promotion and family needs with children under 18, I am now expanding into chronic disease management and prevention including congestive heart failure, diabetes, COPD, and cardiovascular wellness, etc.
Alongside clinical care, I remain committed to fostering health, laughter, and strong community connections through local activities and events. I would continue to build on the momentum where we left off. My practice is guided entirely by what matters to you. If you have ideas, feedback, or ways I can better support you or your family, please come say hello.
Thank you to Amanda Sshs for the opportunity to serve these wonderful communities once again.
Grateful to be back, see you in community!
