After yesterdays cruise missile attacks on Ukraine’s civilians and power infrastructure, we are calling for some more Kiwi legends to sponsor some of our Ukrainian families who are desperately in need of warm clothing..

With no power now in a lot of areas throughout Ukraine, and the temperatures plummeting to 2-3 degrees over night, they need us now more than ever to support them after yesterday’s attacks.

New Campaign announcement, New Zealand!

Sid and I have been talking over the last week about what more we can do do help the people of Ukraine.
Of the staggering 9 million refugees that left Ukraine soon after the war broke out, over 4 million have made their way back to their homelands, some to no homes, some to broken cities…

As winter is descending, we are starting a new ‘Winter Clothes and Essentials Campaign’

Because, as Sid said this morning, the children’s feet never stop growing just because there is war… 😔

New Zealand, $180NZD will gift our Ukraine families $100USD for their winter essentials. Be that clothes, shoes or food. You will all be matched with your families and can continue contact with them and offer support..

Over the weekend, Sid and I finally got to meet, in person, the team that one by one, in those first few days after the
Sunday TVNZ program aired, put their hand up and said “Hello, how can we help..”

Neva, Charlotte, Jenny. You are our administration rock stars..

The hundreds of hours you’ve gifted, the early morning/late night replies, the fitting New Zealand and Ukraine into your already busy daily hearts and lives..

Thank you.
We could never have achieved what we did if it hadn’t been for you.

And what we have so far achieved, New Zealand, is helping over 620 Ukrainian families flee their war torn country, and support them with food and essentials..

We know many of you are still supporting your sponsored families, both emotionally and financially.
And for that, we thank you, New Zealand.

It was a big vision.
We are so grateful to have celebrated it’s success on Saturday night..

And Team, we are still going.. as long as the war is, we will continue to support our Ukrainian families.

We had the most beautiful email come in last night from a Mum who’s super star 10 year old daughter had done a bikeathon and raised enough money to feed TWO Ukrainian families for two weeks…

Olisia and her family are still in Ukraine, and moving to avoid the shelling..
We woke to her thank you email, this morning..

“Thank you very much for your support, We were completely without a home, everything burned down, without a business, a beauty salon, but we saved our animals, cats and horses, they took everyone out under shelling and saved everyone, they themselves could not even take the documents, not even things but all animals are with us, thank you 🙏🙏🙏”

When will it stop, New Zealand?

We are receiving a few messages asking if we are still supporting our soldiers families and families still inside Ukraine.
The answer is definitely, yes.
We will be here standing with them until their war is over..
