As we wrap up 2025, we’re grateful for the dedication and heart of all our volunteers within the Chapter. It takes a tribe to keep our local Chapter thriving, and each volunteer is appreciated and valued!

As we prepare to move into 2026, we want to recognize key leaders for their contributions and welcome leaders into their roles.

🌟 Raquel Nachatilo — thank you for your mentorship, guidance, and close partnership with our Board and members. Your leadership—spanning an extended presidency before stepping into the Past President role and service across multiple chapter positions—has touched every corner of CDHRA. As you conclude your Past President role at the end of 2025, we celebrate the programs you’ve strengthened, the leaders you’ve nurtured, and the community you’ve built. (Not pictured: Raquel)

👏 Kayla Hardy — thank you for your steady leadership as President throughout these past two years. Your focus and follow‑through helped move key chapter priorities forward, strengthened the member experience, and supported our committee in meaningful ways. As you transition into the Past President role at the end of 2025, we’re excited to continue learning from your perspective and appreciate your ongoing commitment to mentorship, continuity, and supporting the greater HR Community.

✨Hannah Wolf — congratulations on moving from President-Elect to President at the end of the year! Your contributions during your President-Elect tenure have been outstanding—bringing fresh ideas, strengthening Board resources, and enhancing our capabilities to better serve members. Your guidance and diligence have laid a strong foundation for the chapter’s future, and we’re excited to see your vision come to life as you lead CDHRA through 2026–2027. We know your energy, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit will inspire continued growth and innovation for our HR community!

🌱 Kimberly Kuipers — we’re thrilled to welcome you as our incoming President-Elect starting in January! Your willingness to step into this important role speaks volumes about your commitment to CDHRA and the HR community. We’re excited to see the fresh ideas, energy, and perspective you’ll bring as you prepare to lead in the future. Thank you for embracing this opportunity to make an impact—we know your leadership will help shape an incredible future ahead!

🙏 To all of our previous Chapter Leaders: thank you for the example you’ve set and the momentum you’ve built. Your service ensures CDHRA remains a strong and connected to the HR community.

Here’s to a successful transition and an inspiring year ahead! 💙

🎉 Thank You, Jason! 🎉

We are incredibly fortunate at CDHRA to have one of our own representing the broader HR community at the highest level of SHRM volunteer leadership.

For the past two years, Jason Sutheimer, has served as the SHRM Membership Advisory Council (MAC) Representative for the North Central Region. This role is the highest level of volunteer leadership within SHRM and serves as a direct voice to the SHRM Board of Directors.

Jason’s willingness to step forward, serve openly, and advocate for HR professionals reflects his deep commitment to our profession. His leadership, insight, and dedication have not only elevated the voice of HR nationally, but also brought great pride to our local CDHRA chapter.

As Jason concludes his term on December 31, we extend our sincere gratitude for his volunteerism, service, and representation of CDHRA and the HR community at large.

👏 Thank you, Jason, for leading, serving, and making a lasting impact! 👏

What a fantastic turnout we had for our 2025 Holiday Social! It was wonderful to see so many CDHRA members come together at Lucky 13s to celebrate another successful year. The Social was filled with great food, a festive craft, holiday trivia, and plenty of good conversation and networking. We also supported the SHRM foundation with a free-will donation, making the event even more meaningful.

A special thank you goes out to Shenille and Olivia from our Special Events Committee for their outstanding work organizing this gathering. The venue, activities, and overall atmosphere made for a memorable social.

Congratulations to Olivia, who received the Top Member of the Year Award! Olivia’s dedication to CDHRA through active participation at monthly meetings and on the Board, volunteering at the state conference, and willingness to help in any other way she can truly exemplifies her commitment to the Human Resources Profession and the Chapter.

We also recognized Kayla for her exceptional leadership during her Presidency tenure—a heartfelt thank-you for leading the Chapter and continuing to advance the Board volunteers and membership experience while exemplifying SHRM values!

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making this year’s social a success. Here’s to another great year ahead with CDHRA!
