SUVCW General Alfred Pleasonton Camp 24 Each "camp" is composed of members who live in a certain area; Camp 24 encompasses San Francisco, the East Bay, and the northern SF peninsula.

The Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War is an organization to honor the sacrifice of Union soldiers and sailors who were our ancestors and who fought to keep our Republic together, as one united country. Our members honor our ancestors by participating in parades, Living History Days at Fort Point, Alcatraz, and Angel Island, visiting schools, and giving talks to community groups.
