2021 was our first full fiscal year as a nationally recognized 501c3 nonprofit public charity. Without big brand money, and operating with an all volunteer board, we were able to raise + redistribute over $150,000 dollars! 🌿

From Our Halo Org on Campaign Launch Day:
On June 11th, 2020 - Our First Public Post on Instagram - Flew The Coup - was Created. Today, we are a Collective.

Our Goal: Create a community that supports Black Identifying Women in a Safe Space for Career + Business Advancement.

Here We Go:
The Collective will include a series of No Cost Workshops designed by Flew The Coup for Flew The Coup.
The Collective will host an Amplifier Program.

The Amplifier program will be an application / admission based network for 10 Black and Brown identifying women annually. These women will receive $5,000 micro grants to invest into their digital identity and business filings, access to a business advisor, and travel and accommodations to The Pitch Summit.

The Pitch Summit is designed for Black Women Identifying Owned Start Ups to have access to Investors to Fill their Cap Tables. We designed The Amplifier to Meet Women Where They Are in their Business Process. This isn't an Incubator, This isn't an Accelerator - Flew The Coup is here to Amplify.

Why are we Crowdfunding?
We know in order to pay black women industry standard consulting fees to bring this project to life, we need to raise $250k a year or $1mm for 4 years. Knowing we have funding year over year will allow to us to sustainably build The Flew The Coup Collective.
