Aims & Objectives

1. Empowerment of People Living with Disabilities and Empowerment of Slum Dwellers through Sports, Health, Cultural and Welfare Programs in all the States and Union Territories of India. Wheelchair & Amputees, Visually Challenged, Dwarfs or Short Stature and Physically Challenged & Disability Rights Movement on the lines of United Nations CRPD.

2. To appoint a State/U.T President in all the States & U.T's of India from amongst our members; to appoint a District President in all the Districts of India from amongst our members and to appoint Ward President in all the wards of each district of India from amongst our members. The appointed Hon. Presidents will work towards the empowerment of disadvantaged communities/People through Sports Programs, Health Programs and welfare programs.

3. To create a consortium of Lawyers/Advocates who will help the people living with disabilities and People Living in Slums to guide in the Disabilities Rights Movement and to make sure that the people with disabilities receive the funds, government benefits that are being provided by the Government through various schemes.

4. To promote o select the ATTF India Teams to participate in International Divyangjan/Para Games, SOUTH ASIAN PARA GAMES , International Para/Wheelchair Cricket, International Wheelchair Softball, International Slum Dwellers Sports Championships and other National & International Sports and Cultural Programs.

5. The success of this program depends directly on the District Presidents who will select district players/teams, help the disabled players to apply for government funds and function as per the directions of the National President. The District Presidents play a major role in promoting the rights of people living with disabilities and also support the State President in implimenting the State Programs from time to time.
