🩺💙 Leadership Hot Springs | Health & Human Services Day 💙🩺

Leadership Hot Springs Class ###VIII spent the day exploring the vital work of health and human services across our community, gaining meaningful, firsthand insight into the organizations that serve our most vulnerable neighbors.

We are especially grateful to Ouachita Behavioral Health, who sponsored the day and helped make this impactful experience possible.

A heartfelt thank-you to our Day Chairs, Scott Burton and Sara Brown, and to the incredible organizations who opened their doors and shared their missions with the class, including Ouachita Behavioral Health, First Step School, Beautiful Life Recovery House, Sunshine Riding Therapeutics, High Impact Movement, and the Cooper-Anthony Child Advocacy Center.

Days like this deepen understanding, build empathy, and strengthen leadership rooted in service. We are thankful for the work you do and for the opportunity to learn from you. 💙

This month, both our Youth and Adult classes spent the day diving into what drives our community forward. From business growth to workforce development, it was an inspiring look at the heartbeat of Hot Springs’ economy.

A huge thank you to our incredible Day Chairs and the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce for sponsoring and supporting this meaningful day. Your leadership and dedication make experiences like this possible.

This past weekend, the Leadership Hot Springs Youth Class gathered for their retreat! 🌟 Through team-building, leadership lessons, and time together, these students showed great potential and heart for our community.

A special thank you to the Excel Program and the Arkansas 4-H Center for hosting and helping make this retreat such a meaningful experience. 💡💙

Day 2 of Class ###VIII was all about teamwork and tackling real-world challenges! 💡💪 From the classic egg-drop challenge (yes, there were some cracks! 🥚😂) to diving into important community issues, this group continues to grow as leaders who care deeply about Hot Springs.

We can’t wait to see the impact they’ll make together!
