Our students put in the work this summer!

From planting and watering to weeding, pruning, managing pests and finally harvesting, they helped manage these gardens from start to finish.

It was fulfilling watching our students harvest and try food they helped grow. They learned a lot this summer and so did we.

Thank you Senator John Cherry and everyone that came to hear about the work we're doing to build resilient youth and how that connects with our urban agriculture program.

Investing in our youth and strengthening local food systems go hand in hand at Green DREAMS, where local teens are earning a paycheck, developing workforce skills, and growing fresh, healthy food for our community. Programs like this are building a stronger Flint, one harvest and one young leader at a time.
