Good evening, everyone. I apologize for the long post, but there is a lot to cover and advise you of.

Congratulations to Nate Lee on being named as the Interim National Secretary. Nate will serve in the interim roll until we vote and elect a permanent National Secretary at this year's National event in September. Any correspondence sent to the National Secretary should be sent to [email protected]. Again, thank you to Nate for stepping up and accepting this position.

We are asking for volunteers to serve on the Bylaw committee. Each year we review the Bylaws and ensure they are updated and serve our organization effectively. This committee will review the current Bylaws and make any and all corrections. A final draft will be submitted to the National Board for vinal vote and approval. We will be accepting letters of interest starting immediately and will approve the committee members at the next National Board meeting on 1-7-25. This is an excellent way for you to participate and have an impact on our organization. Please send letters of intent to [email protected].

We are also asking for a Chapter to begin planning and organizing our 2027 National Ride. As you know, we have approved moving our National meeting to a regional location in an effort to minimize travel for all who may choose to attend. We will have a final selection for a host city and state at our next National meeting. Moving forward, we would like to have the lodging information and basic itinerary information provided at the conclusion of the preceding National meeting. Example is the information for the 2027 ride would be provided at the conclusion of the 2026 National Business meeting. If interested, please send your email to [email protected].

We also have an immediate opening for a Regional Representative. If you are interested, please send your letters of intent by 1-6-25. We would like to be able to fill this position at our next meeting. Letters of intent to [email protected].

We have several opportunities for you to contribute and have an impact on our organization. Please give serious consideration to participating and helping guide YOUR club. We need volunteers who are passionate and ready to work for our club's benefit. Simply put, we need YOU!!

Thank you for your thoughts and consideration and I hope YOU ALL have a wonderful Holiday season!!!!

Hello all. Clyde placed a poll in the Members Only page asking for a response regarding your plans for National next year (2026). Please go and answer the poll when you have a moment. As stated we are looking to rent a house that can accommodate everyone. We need to try and get and get a headcount so we will have a chance at securing a house big enough. Thank you! Again I thank everyone for a great time in New York and look forward to seeing you all soon!

Well another Nationals has come and gone. I want to thank anyone and everyone who had a hand in the planning, preparation and ex*****on of a great event. To all those that showed up, I sincerely thank you! Our National event is our family reunion. I love seeing you all and seeing the Chapters come together and fellowship. This is the vision of our event moving forward. It’s not about a formal meeting, it’s not about a good meal. It’s about those that we love coming together and enjoying a great time together. Make your plans for next year. I’d love to see you all!

I would like to specifically mention how great it was to see text messages and post liked and commented on by John Cunningham. You all offered him up in prayer and we are thankful for the recovery he has made and will continue to make. Please keep him and Diane Cunningham in your thoughts and prayers!

As always

I spoke with Diane today. The news was good. John's vital signs stabilized on the night of 9-13. They were able to cut back on some of his sedation on 9-14. As a result, John was able to give a thumbs up sign on command and was able to nod his head yes and no when asked questions. We are so grateful to hear this good news. John was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis in May which led to his cardiac arrest. While John has a long road ahead of him, I wanted to thank you all for your prayers, because they are working!! Please continue to pray for John and Diane. No one fights alone!

It was an honor and privilege to ride with the West Michigan ROADDOCS this weekend! To see the shock on their faces when we pulled in Saturday morning was awesome! It was a great ride for a great cause and we appreciate the hospitality! Again, the patch on our backs represents so much more than a proffession, a calling or club affiliation. It’s a family and the family is growing stronger! Everyone stay safe and have a great short week, because I will see you in beautiful Lake George, NY on Thursday! If you haven’t signed up, don’t miss out!

I feel it important in the wake of the tragic news today that we all take a moment of pause. I do not care what side of the political fence you sit on, we must all agree that this type of action cannot ever be the answer. I know that many of us will have opinions and strong feelings regarding the events of the day and that is absolutely normal. However, I do encourage us all to take a moment of pause and pray for the Kirk family, pray for each other, and pray for this country. Our love for each other and our love of this great country will never waver and never be suppressed by an act of violence or evil. It is important that we lead by example and stand united against the evil in this world. We have been and will continue to be the guiding light of hope and good in our communities. God bless each and every one of you and hug your families tonight and pray! I love you all.....
