💜Sacred opportunities to serve!

On Friday, April 19, the youth took part in the traditional fraternal lunch organized by Casa Luz da Colina for the people of Carmo da Cachoeira.

A beautiful opportunity to serve with joy in their hearts!

Once a month, the youth group present in the Light-Community of Figueira is responsible for preparing the food.

✝️ Under the Blue Cross, some of the young people present at the Holy Week in Figueira made an offer of renewal.

Early on Easter Sunday, the young people followed the sunrise from the top of the hill and tuned in to the resurrection of Christ.

As dawn broke, the inner sun shone in each heart, pointing to new life. ☀️

📸 Last week, the young volunteers of the Youth Campaign for Peace took part in volunteer activities in the town of Carmo da Cachoeira, Minas Gerais.

💥 In addition to the traditional fraternal lunch, organized by Casa Luz da Colina, the volunteers had the opportunity to visit some families who are accompanied by Casa Luz and Casa Nossa Senhora dos Pobres, both affiliated to the Fraternity - International Humanitarian Federation.

🤝🏼 Alvaro, a young volunteer and stable member of the Light-Community of Figueira, has this to say: "Praying and serving the families of the city is really very rewarding, because it helps us to get out of our comfort zone and be in front of those who need it most, and it gives us the chance to find Christ in our brothers and sisters and thus fulfill His will."

🐶 Last weekend, the Pirassununga youth group took part in an activity with the animal kingdom.

🤝🏼 In partnership with , the young people helped clean and organize the NGO's spaces. Jéssica Andrade, a member of the group, says that "Being in contact with the animal kingdom is for love, it's a feeling of gratitude for being with beings that teach us what true love is, unconditional love."

🐈 The Pirassununga group takes part in the action every month, and everyone is invited to join in!
