DRESS CODE sa Simbahan kahit walang misa at bibisita lang para magdasal

Ang pagsusuot ng disente at naaangkop na damit sa simbahan, may Misa man o wala, ay tanda ng paggalang sa Diyos at sa simbahan bilang isang banal na lugar.

Ang simbahan ay itinuturing na Templo ng Diyos, kaya ang maayos na pananamit ay nagpapakita ng respeto at pagkilala sa presensya ng kabanalan ng Diyos. Kung sa mga ordinaryong pagtitipon ay may dress code, yon pa kayang Diyos na mismo ang "panauhin".

Ito din ay isang pag-iwas sa distraksyon. Ang disenteng damit ay tumutulong para hindi maabala ang ibang tao sa kanilang pananalangin.

Nagpapakita ito na pantay-pantay ang lahat sa paningin ng Diyos sa pamamagitan ng pagsuot simpleng pero desenteng kasuotan bilang pagpapakumbaba.

Gabay sa Tamang Pananamit:
Takpan ang mga balikat at tuhod. Iwasan ang sobrang sikip o lantad na damit. Pumili ng malinis at maayos na kasuotan.

Miles and Smiles

In the renewal of vows on their 60th wedding anniversary, Aurelio Bautista said to his wife, "I have loved you, Auring, all these years." To which Aurora simply replied, "I loved you twice as much all these years!"

How do relationships last? On a 50/50 basis? No, that's just about on the survival mode.

More rightly, lasting relationships happen because one or the other, or both, went the extra mile and gave one more smile.

Lord, help me to go out of my way - to keep going the extra mile, and keep giving the extra smile. Amen.
