In the past week, our partner celebrated the launch of our three newest boreholes!

Nearly 150 more households now have access to clean water. Community members can spend less time collecting water and improve sanitation and hygiene in their homes.

Thank you for helping us bring clean and Living water to these communities.

The year may be ending, but our work isn't! 💪🏾

Three new boreholes were just installed in Te Mi-Tam, Ora-Pala, and Laminadera. Clean water access has become a reality for these villages in the Gulu and Omoro districts.

Thank you Lifted Generation Ministry for your hard work in bringing clean and Living Water to the people of Northern Uganda.

One of Global Ministry Partners' goals is to empower the people we help to be self-sufficient. With each new project, we ask: How will our partner or the community maintain this resource over time on their own?

This September, at the new Agung Community Health Center, our partner LGM conducted its first health/WASH promoter training with community volunteers across four villages (Agung, Burcoro, Ngom Rom and Lagutu). These volunteers will be championing health and WASH activities in their respective villages and spreading news of other health education/awareness activities for the Health Center and LGM.

This setup will help LGM create and strengthen community structures to better support project implementation and needs identification. The structures will also be key in the promotion of More Jesus.

This week, the people of Mi-Tam sub-village in Uganda are rejoicing! 🙌

After two days of searching for a water point in the village and surrounding bushy areas, one was finally found.

We cannot wait for another borehole to be drilled, providing access to clean water and a brighter future. 💧

Thank you, Lord, for always providing for your children.

In rural communities, young girls regularly miss classes because they lack sanitary materials and fear embarrassment during menstruation. They often consider dropping out of school.

Enter Through LGM's menstrual health education program, young girls receive knowledge and reusable sanitary pads (that last up to two years!), increasing confidence and enabling consistent school attendance.

One program participant, who has since become a peer mentor, reflected:

"The training gave me confidence, and the reusable pads helped me stay in school. I now encourage my friends not to be ashamed and to continue pursuing their education."

Children in Atede village come running to Bible study when they hear the speaker. Neighbors who never spoke are coming together with great joy.

We thank the Lord that His Word is finding open ears and hearts softened like good soil.

Can you imagine studying the Bible without Bibles?

That's the reality for many Christian groups and schools in rural areas of Northern Uganda.

Recently, Lifted Generation Ministry was able to support the Esther Bible group by providing Bibles to be used at groups and in individual households. Rev. Komakech Kumagum led a blessing prayer as they received the Bibles.

Thank you, GMP family, for your commitment to spreading in Uganda.
