Unchained is a all volunteer outreach group whose mission is to provide resources that will be beneficial to pet owners with special needs, resources of existing accredited animal shelter, rescue organizations and animal control, we are here for concerned citizens, these resources will by all lawful means assist in preventing animal cruelty, neglect, overpopulation and promote kindness to all animals and alleviate suffering of all animals.
