Every Year
We sets these big goals…
like hitting 100% or 200% growth.
But..
We end up at just 25%.
It's frustrating, Naah!
We've got the brains and the tech skills,
but when it comes to hiring and training people,
we're scratching our heads.
We are lacking into higher number game.
It's like we're stuck in this cycle of aiming high….
