We are ready!!! Our town looks beautiful 🌸

End of Summer Cruisin’ is not just a car show, it’s a free community affair!

Saturday, September 5, there will be something happening throughout Durand. The day starts at 10 a.m. with the car show and more than 40 trophies being awarded at 2:30 p.m.

But there is so much more to enjoy. First Congregational Church will have free hot dogs, water, sno-cones, popcorn and a bounce house. The Friends of the Durand Memorial Library will hold their book sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Stop by the Historic Durand Union Station where the Michigan Railroad History Museum and the Durand Union Station Model Railroad Engineers room will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Iron Horse Park will be part of the fun as we celebrate America’s 250th birthday.

And don’t forget to visit Old Town Durand on the 200 block of West Main Street for great shops, cold drinks and good food.

Whether you love cars, trains, history, shopping or just spending time with family and friends, come spend the day with us.

End of Summer Cruisin’ is a Durand tradition, but more importantly, it’s a day for our entire community.

We hope to see you Saturday!

🌺🌸THANK YOU FARMER’S GARDEN🌼🌻
Hibbard Rd Corunna
🌷The DDA purchases the flowers from them.
🪷The City pays FARMERS to maintain them.
🪻Farmer’s Garden does all the watering and maintaining.
It’s a great collaboration that makes our City look so BEAUTIFUL 🌼🌺🌸
The beautification committee does nothing with the flowers.
