Bullock Inclusion ✨ Benefitting the community by promoting inclusion through fashion, physical activity and sports.

30/04/2026

During the casting session at Kindred Hammersmith on April 13, we heard stories that highlight the real impact of inclusive fashion.

Caitlyn Payne, a candidate for the Future of Fashion show, shared her personal journey with disability and how fashion played a key role in rebuilding her confidence. After beginning to use a wheelchair, she became aware of the lack of representation and accessibility within the industry.

Her perspective highlights the importance of adaptive solutions and inclusive design, not only as functional improvements, but as tools for empowerment, self expression, and visibility. For Caitlyn, being part of this movement means contributing to a future where fashion truly reflects all bodies and experiences.

Most events are not designed for everyone.

At Bullock Inclusion, inclusion does not start with aesthetics. It starts with people.

Every detail is considered before an event comes to life. From accessibility for deaf and visually impaired audiences, to subtitles, descriptions, and physical access for models, teams, and guests. The goal is to create an environment where everyone can participate and feel included.

This is what defines our approach. Not perfection, but intention, continuous improvement, and a commitment to building spaces rooted in belonging and community.

The Future of Fashion is not only about what is seen on the runway. It is about how people feel within it.

Sport creates impact far beyond the court.

From visibility in the media to inspiring policy changes and improving accessibility, sport has the power to shift how societies see disability and inclusion. When disabled people are visible, barriers begin to be questioned and progress begins to happen.

At Bullock Inclusion, we believe representation is one of the strongest drivers of change.

Sport can become a form of resilience.

We heard an inspiring story of someone who refused to be defined by limitations, rediscovered their passion for movement later in life, and continues exploring new sports today. A reminder that inclusion in sport is not only about access, but also about confidence, identity, and possibility.

At Bullock Inclusion, we celebrate journeys that challenge expectations and open doors for others.
