First meeting back and we came ready!

We kicked things off with a competitive game of rounders until the sun went down ⚾️… then switched it up with some frisbee to finish the night! 🥏

Great energy, plenty of laughs, and the perfect way to kick off the new term.

This weekend our vice chair lady takes on 2 of the 5 Race for Life’s she’s completing this year!

Why 5 races? - February saw her Mum mark 5 years since beating breast cancer, who will be joining her for two of the races.

So please, if you can, join us in supporting Wendy through the link below.

Good luck with your second race today Wendy!

A lovely evening with all the clubs coming together. Thank you to York Auction Centre for hosting, and to Will Amos, County Chairman, for all his hard work organising the event.

A few weeks ago, we had a wonderful clay pigeon shooting meeting kindly hosted by the Goodrick family. Thank you for your generosity, your time, and the delicious sausage sandwiches — they were greatly appreciated.

Last week our members had a joyful meeting Swithens Farm.

Thank you to Ian and Sam for showing us around there petting zoo, giving us an insight into how it all begun, and letting us run riot on the zip lines and tractors!

It just goes to show it doesn't matter how old you are, you will always have your inner child within you even if you're a senior!! 😄🚜
