We are so excited to welcome this incredible group of judges to the Miss Magic City stage and can’t wait for them to see everything our contestants have worked so hard to prepare! 💖

Baylee Hanson ✨
Baylee grew up in Williston (since 2003), but was born in Minot! Growing up in Williston, she loved going to the Miss North Dakota pageant, and even participated in the Little Sister program in 2007! Baylee is in her fifth year of teaching 4th grade and absolutely loves what she does! She is engaged to her wonderful fiance Conner, and a proud dog mom to Joey and Myah.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, going to the lake, spending time with friends and family, and traveling anywhere she can! She is excited to judge this year’s Miss Magic City competition!
Dorion and Alyssa Cipriani ✨
Dorion is the Founder and Commissioner of the Dakota Basketball League (DBL), where he leads the league’s vision, growth, partnerships, and day-to-day operations.
Alyssa serves as DBL’s Director of Operations, helping oversee league logistics, organization, and the countless behind-the-scenes details that keep everything running smoothly. Together, they founded DBL with the goal of creating new opportunities for athletes while providing affordable, family-friendly entertainment and building stronger communities across North Dakota.
As a husband-and-wife team, they are passionate about growing the game of basketball and creating an organization that makes a lasting impact both on and off the court.
Janae Poole ✨
JJanae was born and raised in Williston and is the owner of Golden Girl Boutique in town as well! She loves being a small business owner and getting to be involved in our community in so many different ways. Outside of the boutique, she is definitely a homebody and loves spending time at home! But she also loves hanging out with friends, planning cute events, and basically doing anything crafty or creative!! Janae is also a lover of all things girly!!! Clothes, makeup, shopping, and all of the things! She is so excited to be a part of Miss Magic City this year and can’t wait to meet all of the amazing contestants!
Anna Sikes ✨
Anna is from Williston, ND but was born in Georgia. She is a mom to a fun loving second grader named Abel. When Anna is not working as a Kindergarten Paraprofessional, she enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her family and friends. She loves her job and working with kids is her passion, she hopes to go back to school to pursue being an educator.
