Hi guys!
Here's an update on our campaign 😊
Our group is heavily influenced by Scotland passing the period products (free provisions) act 2021, which began to take action this year on August 15th.
We would like to create similar social change in Aotearoa, to benefit our communities.

Everyone has been so supportive, so we decided to let you in on what change we plan on influencing ! Big ups to Scotland...

As part of the Global Studies curriculum at Glendowie College, Year 13's develop social action programmes to influence policy change about an issue they feel strongly about.
Our group has chosen to focus on the issue of period equity and aims to remove barriers and improve the accessibility of sustainable menstrual products.
