Halabja Disabled organization works alongside people with disabilities in Halabja governorate.

ڕێکخراوى کەمئەندامانى هەڵەبجە ڕێكخراوێكی ناحكومی كوردستانی‌ قازانج نه‌ویسته‌، ساڵی (2013) مۆڵه‌تی كاركردنی وه‌رگرتوه‌ له‌ فه‌رمانه‌گه‌ی ڕێكخراوه‌ ناحكومیه‌كانی هه‌رێمی كوردوستان به‌ ژماره‌ (653ك).

ڕێکخراوى کەمئەندامانى هەڵەبجە كار بۆ سه‌رجه‌م كه‌مئه‌نداما ن و كه‌سانی خاوه‌نپێداویستی تایبه‌تی سنوری پارێزگایی هه‌ڵه‌بجه‌ ده‌كات،به‌بێ جیاوازی نه‌ته‌وی و ئاینی و ڕه‌گه‌زی و جۆره‌كانی كه‌مئه‌ندامی.

ئیسته‌دا ڕێکخراوى کەمئەندامانى هەڵەبجە كار بۆ زیاتر له‌ (4000) كه‌سی خاوه‌نپێداویستی ده‌كات له‌ سنوره‌كه‌ده‌كات. The Halabja Disabled Organization is a non-profit Kurdistan Regional Government organization, which in 2013 received permission to work in the Kurdistan Regional Governments with the number(653K). Halabja Disabled Organization is working for all disabled people who have special needs in Halabja province without any national, religious, gender, or any kind of organ. Halabja Disabled Organization is currently working for more than 4,000 people with disabilities at the border.

بەبۆنەی کۆتاییهاتنی ساڵی خوێندن و تەواوکردنی قۆناغێکی گرنگی پەروەردەیی، وەک ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە، گەرمترین پیرۆزبایی خۆمان ئاراستەی سەرجەم قوتابیانی پۆلی شەشەمی هەردوو قوتابخانەی (هاوار و دلین) لە شاری هەولێر دەکەین.
خۆشحاڵین کە لەم قۆناغەدا، لە ڕێگەی پێشکەشکردنی زنجیرەیەک (ڕاهێنان، سیمینار و پڕۆژەی نۆژەنکردنەوەی قوتابخانەکانیان) بە شێوازێک کە لەگەڵ بنەماکانی خوێندنی گشتگیر (Inclusive Education) بگونجێت، توانیومانە هاوکار و پاڵپشتێکی ڕاستەقینەی قوتابیە ئازیزەکانمان بین.
هیوای سەرکەوتنی بەردەوام و داهاتوویەکی گەش بۆ سەرجەم قوتابیان دەخوازین لە قۆناغەکانی داهاتوودا.

On the occasion of the end of the academic year and the completion of an important educational stage, as Halabja Disabled Organization, we warmly congratulate all the sixth grade students of both schools (Hawar and Dlin) in Erbil.
We are pleased that at this stage, through providing a series (trainings, seminars and school renovation projects) in a way that is consistent with the principles of inclusive education, we have been able to be a real helper and supporter of our dear students.

ڕۆژی ٦/٥/٢٠٢٦ لە ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە، میوانداری کاک ڕابەر سەباح و کاک هاوکار عبداللە ڕاوێژکاری نابینایانمان کرد. لە کۆبوونەوەیەکدا پلان و کاری داهاتوومان بۆ پشتگیریکردنی مافەکانی کەمئەندامان و نابینایان تاوتوێ کرد.
ئێمە وەک ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە، شانازی بەوە دەکەین کە هەمیشە ماڵی هەمووان بووین. سوپاسی ئەو خەڵاتە هێماییە دەکەین کە لەلایەن نابینایانی شارە خۆشەویستەکەمانەوە پێمان بەخشرا. ئەم ڕێزلێنانە بەرپرسیارێتی ئێمە گەورەتر دەکات تا زیاتر تێبکۆشین بۆ دابینکردنی مافەکانتان، بەتایبەت لە ڕەخساندنی هەلی دامەزراندن و بەشداریپێکردنتان لە کایە جیاوازەکاندا.

Congratulations and continued service

On 6/5/2026, we hosted Mr. Raber Sabah and Mr. Hawkar Abdullah, consultants of the blind. In a meeting we discussed our plans and future work to support the rights of the disabled and the blind.
We, as Halabja Disabled Organization, are proud to have always been everyone's home. We are grateful for the symbolic award given to us by the blind of our beloved city. This award increases our responsibility to work harder to ensure your rights, especially in providing employment opportunities and participation in various fields.

A training on inclusive rooms was held for special education teachers.

A training course for special education teachers was held in two schools (Hawar and Dlin) in Erbil in the presence of representatives of Halabja Disabled Organization. The training focused on introducing the “universal room”, the mechanisms of working in the room and how to use the materials and equipment provided for educational services.

لە ڕۆژی جیهانی سالاسیمیادا، وەک وەفایەک بۆ ورە و خۆڕاگری نەخۆشانی ئازیز، ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە بە هاوبەشی لەگەڵ کاک (شێخ ئومێد) و هاوکارانی و بە ئامادەبوونی بەڕێز م. عبدالرحمن، ئێوارەخوانێکی شایستەیان بۆ نەخۆشانی سالاسیمیای سنووری پارێزگای هەڵەبجە ڕێکخست.
ئامانجی مەراسیمەکە:

On World Salasemia Day, as a tribute to the courage and resistance of dear patients, Halabja Disabled Organization in collaboration with Mr. (Sheikh Omid) and his colleagues and in the presence of Mr. M. Abdulrahman, organized a dinner for salasemia patients in Halabja province.
The purpose of the ceremony:
This event was not just a dinner, but a message of kindness and support to those who struggle with this disease on a daily basis.

ئەمڕۆ ٨ی ئایارە، ڕۆژی ئەو کەسانەی کە بە ئازارەوە زەردەخەنە دەبەخشن. ئێمە لە ڕێکخراوی کەمئەندامانی هەڵەبجە، لەم یادەدا دووپاتی دەکەینەوە کە ئەرکی سەرشانی هەموو تاکێکی کۆمەڵگەیە پشتگیری ئەم ئازیزانە بێت.
ئامانجی ئێمە لەم ڕۆژەدا:
پشتیوانی دەروونی: نیشاندانی ئەوەی کە کۆمەڵگە لە پشتتانە و ئێوە تەنها نین.
هۆشیاری پێش هاوسەرگیری: جەختکردنەوە لە ئەنجامدانی پشکنینی پزیشکی بۆ ڕێگری لە زیادبوونی ڕێژەی تووشبوون.
هاندانی بەخشینی خوێن: خوێنی تۆ، دەبێتە ژیان بۆ منداڵێکی سالاسیمیا.

Today, May 8, is the day of those who smile with pain. We at Halabja Disabled Organization, on this occasion, emphasize that it is the duty of every individual in society to support these loved ones.
Our goal for this day:
Psychological support: Showing that society is behind you and that you are not alone.
Premarital awareness: Emphasize medical examinations to prevent increased infection rates.
Encourage blood donation: Your blood will be life for a child with thalassemia.
“Patients with thalassemia are silent heroes, they fight for life every day, let us support them.”

Champion Group at Hawar and Dlin School in Erbil is taking a new step towards inclusive education.

Champion Group conducted a special awareness activity at Hawar & Dlin School. The event focused on the issue of inclusive education and protecting the rights of students with disabilities. In addition to this, students were provided with important instructions on how to divide time during examinations, with the aim of achieving the best results and providing an equal learning environment for all.

لەپێناو دەستەبەرکردنی فێربوونێکی بەردەوام و گشتگیر بۆ هەمووان، ڕێککەوتی ٢٧ی
نیسانی ٢٠٢٦، ڕێکخراوی یونسکۆ (UNESCO) بە هاوبەشی لەگەڵ ڕێکخراوی (People in
Need - PiN)، کۆڕبەندێکی دیالۆگیان لە شاری هەولێر سازکرد لەژێر ناونیشانی:
"پەروەردەی وەڵامدەرەوە بۆ قەیرانەکان: ئامادەکاری، بەردەوامیی فێربوون و
ڕۆڵی ئامرازە دیجیتاڵییەکان".

🔹 بەشداربووان و بەڕێوەچوونی پانێڵەکە: ئەم دانیشتنە لەلایەن ڕێکخراوی هەڵەبجە بۆ
کەمئەندامان (HDO) سەرپەرشتی کرا و تێیدا نوێنەرانی وەزارەتی پەروەردەی هەرێمی
کوردستان، بەڕێوەبەرانی قوتابخانەکان، ئەنجومەنی باوکان و مامۆستایان، و
ڕێکخراوەکانی کۆمەڵگەی مەدەنی لە ئەندامانی "دیداری کۆمەڵگەی مەدەنی بۆ

Towards an inclusive educational environment.
Representative of Halabja Disabled Organization visited Dlin and Hawar schools. In a meeting with the committee to solve the problems of students with disabilities, the process of renovation of schools and preparation for examinations were discussed, especially in terms of facilitation and changing the method of questions. The importance of intensifying teachers' efforts to work with second cycle students was also emphasized.

Towards an inclusive educational environment.
Mariwan (President of Halabja Disabled Organization) and Bahjat (Supervisor of Special Education) visited Dlin and Hawar schools.
In a meeting with the committee of parents of students with disabilities, the process of renovation of schools and preparations for students' exams were discussed, especially in terms of facilitation and changing the method of questions.
Also the steps of building (Inclusive Room) with all its necessities as an important project to further serve our loved ones.
