A remarkable day in Sydney as Worshipful Master Ernie Redquest and Senior Warden Rene Dixon of The St Andrew's Lodge of Cape Breton No 7 led celebrations honouring Brother Ernest Buist on the occasion of his 108th birthday!

Born in 1918, Brother Buist now stands just shy of 72 years in the Craft, a truly extraordinary milestone in a life marked by dedication and quiet strength.

At the April 28th meeting of Fellowship Lodge #112 in Bible Hill, the Worshipful Master Carl Goodwin had the pleasure to present Sharon Crowe, from the Colchester East Hants Hospital in Truro, a cheque for $5662. Sharon gave us a short history on how the Freemasons of the district have assisted the hospital greatly with a total of nearly $170,000 in donations over the years. Thank you to the Masonic Foundation of Nova Scotia for funding this great endeavour.
