Fostering HOPE Raising awareness and encouraging everyone to get involved with Foster Care.

Fostering H.O.P.E was started by a young Oklahoman who has discovered unique ways to support the Foster Care system in her local community. Founder, Carli Manwell in the past few years has raised over $10,000, purchased and supplied over 600 combined transition backpacks and suitcases to Foster Care children in Oklahoma, stocked multiple closest at DHS facilities with tangible items needed by Fost

er Parents (primarily hygiene) and is looking to expand what she has done beyond just where she lives, hence the development of this page and organization.
