📍 Local Cascade Workshop | Prishtina, Kosovo

One day, 15 youth workers, and a shared space for learning and exchange.

OBOTI organized a workshop focused on digital collaboration, practical youth work approaches, and digital marketing, exploring how everyday tools and methods can make youth initiatives more organized, visible, and effective.

Through group work, discussions, and hands-on exercises, participants shared experiences, tested new ideas, and reflected on how to strengthen their work with young people in their communities.

A simple reminder that small steps in learning can lead to bigger changes in practice.

🎓 A certificate is a piece of paper. The journey behind it is something much bigger.

After four days of learning, creating, collaborating, and turning ideas into action, participants of Innovation Lab #2 received their certificates, marking not just the completion of a training, but the growth, friendships, and experiences gained along the way.

Congratulations to all the young innovators from Kosovo, Berat, and Tirana who brought their energy, creativity, and determination to this journey. 🚀

📍 Innovation Lab #2 | Prishtina, Kosovo

The final two days of our Innovation Lab were all about giving ideas a voice. Through sessions on storytelling, pitching, marketing, and micro-finance, participants transformed their concepts into projects with purpose, learning how to communicate their vision and plan for impact.

By the final presentations, what started as brainstorming notes and "maybe we could..." conversations had grown into thoughtful project ideas shaped by teamwork, creativity, and determination.

Behind every pitch was a journey of collaboration, problem-solving, and shared ambition. And while the Lab has come to an end, the friendships, skills, and ideas developed here are only just beginning their next chapter.

🧡Day1 & 2 | Innovation Lab #2

Some great ideas start when old teammates find each other around a new table "Një tavolinë".

The first two days of our second Innovation Lab brought together young people from Kosovo, Berat, and Tirana to reconnect, collaborate, and turn sparks of inspiration into real project ideas.

Through sessions on digital collaboration, team coordination, and entrepreneurship, the room quickly filled with sticky notes, big dreams, creative debates, and plenty of laughter.

And as it turns out, some of the best ideas grow when familiar faces meet again with a common purpose.

Two days down, many ideas in motion, and the journey is only getting started. 🚀

After an inspiring Innovation Lab in Tirana, Albania, the journey continues! 🚀

Hosted by OBOTI NGO, Innovation Lab #2 will bring together young activists from Kosovo, Tirana, and Berat for an intensive 4-day experience full of collaboration, creativity, digital skills, and entrepreneurship. Together with trainers from the Training of Trainers, participants will develop ideas, strengthen skills, and create solutions for their communities.

📍 RiseUp-WB Training of Trainers #2

Continuing an incredible journey with powerful days full of learning, creativity, and collaboration!

Participants explored digital facilitation and e-learning, designing engaging online and hybrid sessions and learning how to keep energy and interaction alive even beyond the physical classroom. These sessions were led by trainers from Musikart ArteSpettacolo and Asociación EuropeYou, bringing valuable expertise and fresh perspectives to the group.

With ideas turning into action plans and strong teamwork throughout, the group is now ready to take these experiences forward and create impact in their local communities.

✨Training of Trainers #2 | Prishtina, Kosovo

The RiseUp-WB journey continues in Kosovo, where .ngo is hosting the second Training of Trainers in Prishtina. Over these two days, participants focused on advanced volunteer coordination and employability-oriented learning, strengthening their practical skills through workshop design, coordination tools, and hands-on activities.

By combining collaboration, reflection, and practical application, trainers are further developing the skills needed to deliver impactful activities and support young people in their communities across the Western Balkans.
