Grupi për Studime Juridike dhe Politike (GLPS), Instituti GAP dhe Instituti per Politika Zhvillimore (INDEP), me mbështetjen e Ambasadës Britanike në Kosovë ka filluar zbatimin e projektit tre-vjeçar të titulluar: "Mbështetje për Shoqërinë Civile për të Rritur Mbikëqyrjen Publike dhe Llogaridhënien e Institucioneve Publike të Kosovës". Ky projekt do të fokusohet në pesë komponente të cilat përfshi
jnë procese të ndryshme të monitorimit:
1. Prokurimi publik dhe menaxhimi i kontratave;
3. Shpërndarja e granteve dhe subvencioneve;
4. Dhënia e lejeve, licencave dhe tarifave;
5. Performanca dhe menaxhimi i ndërmarrjeve publike. Projekti ka qëllim kryesor që të ofrojë ekspertizë dhe mbështetje të vazhdueshme për institucionet publike për t'i eliminuar parregullsitë dhe shkeljet ligjore që mund të hasen, në mënyrë që të njëjtat t'i përmirësojnë ato dhe të vendosin praktika të mira. Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS), GAP Institute and the Institute for Development Policy (INDEP), with the support of the British Embassy in Kosovo, has started the implementation of the three-year project entitled: "Support to Civil Society to Increase Public Oversight and Accountability of Public Institutions of Kosovo". This project will focus on five components which include different monitoring processes:
1. Recruitment in public administration;
2. Public procurement and contract management;
3. Distribution of grants and subsidies;
4. Issuance of permits, licenses and fees;
5. Performance and management of public enterprises. The main goal of the project is to provide expertise and continuous support to public institutions to eliminate irregularities and legal violations that may be encountered, so that they can improve them and establish good practices.
