Knowledge itself is a power, and it makes people understand a dynamic world. As a new country, Kosovo will be faced with challenges dealing with legal, economical and social system reform on the basis of EU standards and also preparing the technical process on this. This process will require qualified people who know European Union laws and its processes and also have good education background. To

reach this goal, several young professionals have put together their knowledge, goodwill and experience to provide information, education and activities related with Kosovo’s path toward European Union. Being the country with the youngest population in Europe, as well as among the most pro-European nation in the old continent, young people of Kosovo need to touch and feel Europe, not only listen about it. Our mission is bringing pieces of Europe in Kosovo, before Kosovo joins big-and-always-growing European family. Our working system is based in three steps: research, activities and development. As a first step, we will conduct researches, from agriculture to acquis communautaire, in order to detect the most problematic fields where Kosovo lacks development. After identifying the problem, CRDA will undertake different activities, from informal education to study visits, in order to reach the goals set in the first step. Finally, after the work is done, by using different tools for feedback, we will write final reports presenting the results we have achieved. With our well-educated and hard-working professional staff, CRDA will be the best guide to Europe, not only by seeing the processes on TV, but by being part of the processes. And we will always need you, because you have impact in every action.
