Join Professor Russell Foster (University of Oxford), a global leader in sleep and circadian science, for a lecture on: Circadian Rhythms & Sleep: Mechanisms, Importance & New Therapeutics

We are pleased to invite you to a free public lecture hosted by the Pacific Academy of Sciences, in partnership with the National University of Samoa and Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland.

This session will explore how our biological clocks are regulated, why sleep is critical to health, and what happens when these systems are disrupted by modern life, ageing, and disease.
