One of our favourite moments from a pre-departure briefing with PALM seasonal workers ❀️. In just 1–2 hours, this worker completed her own Seasonal Work Canvas - a simple, one-page plan for what she wants to invest in and how she's going to get there.

The Canvas can be understood and completed quickly when time is short, or run over several days with supporting workshop activities and coaching follow-up. Whatever works for you.

Canvas Model Website LAUNCHING! πŸŽ‰πŸ‡»πŸ‡Ί

Last week I was deeply honoured and so happy to celebrate a huge milestone for Pacific-led training and coaching. After more than a decade of collaboration, testing, and learning alongside communities, trainers, and partners across Vanuatu and the Pacific, we officially launched the new Canvas Model digital platform β€” canvasmodel.org

It was such a privilege to launch it together with Hon. Ralph Regenvanu (Ministry of Climate Change Vanuatu), H.E. Max Willis (Australian High Commission, Vanuatu), Clement Chipokolo (WV Vanuatu ), Wilmaraia Sinumila (Vanuatu Chamber of Commerce and Industry), and so many other incredible colleagues, stakeholders, and partners.

Over the years, the Canvas Model has grown to be used nationwide in partnerships with World Vision, VCCI, Department of Labour, Vanuatu - Circular Labour Mobility, Pacific Australia Labour Mobility scheme, Vanuatu Community-based Climate Resilience Project - VCCRP, Save the Children Vanuatu, CARE in Vanuatu, The Asia Foundation and many others.

And now β€” for the first time β€” all 15 Canvases and their full training and coaching resources are available online.
