From Deputy MD at Ogilvy to exploring food as a language of identity.

An Ha rose to Deputy Managing Director at Ogilvy Group Vietnam over 17 years, working at the intersection of business, culture, and audience. Then she founded With Ideas and took on the role of Culinary Strategy Director at MÊ VỊ®, an interdisciplinary platform exploring food as a language of memory, identity, and contemporary life, collaborating with MICHELIN-starred restaurants across Ho Chi Minh City.

She brings a perspective that sits outside the usual Summit conversation: Vietnam's future is not only being shaped by policy and investment, but by culture, creativity, and the stories people choose to tell about themselves.

We asked ourselves: who is actually doing the work of shaping Vietnam's future right now? This year's Speaker Spotlight brings together people who are actively building, advising, and leading Vietnam's transformation from the inside.

▪️Oliver Massmann, International attorney practicing in Vietnam for over 25 years and very fluent in Vietnamese. The first foreigner ever invited to present to Vietnam's National Assembly. He understands the legal and investment architecture of this country better than almost anyone.

▪️Denis Lambert, researcher in entrepreneurship at Fulbright University Vietnam and Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD. He has supported over 400 SMEs in entering new markets. He brings the lens of how startups and cross-border investment fit into Vietnam's next chapter.

▪️Kelly Vo Ngoc Tuyen, Founder of Dear Our Community, working to invest in 1 million youth across Southeast Asia to tackle climate and humanity's challenges. She has spent 14 years at the intersection of business and social impact.

▪️Huyen Luong, Co-founder of ECO Solutions, building closed-loop waste solutions in Vietnam. She made the shift from 13 years in corporate to founding a company that tackles what most people would rather ignore.

▪️An Ha, Founder of People With Ideas and Culinary Strategy Director of MÊ VỊ®. Nearly two decades at Ogilvy Group Vietnam building brands at the intersection of business and culture. She brings the perspective of how Vietnam's identity is being shaped through creativity and the stories people tell about themselves.
