We'll celebrate the Woman's Day in a very different way today with an amazing speaker panel to talk how to find circles where you can grow, become and elevate yourself.

Rosi H. Trang Nguyen, who is the founder of 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to build an impactful community of purpose-driven people through social impact projects.

Mike Chavla, with three decades of experience in business operations and team building in several sectors, he founded The Philosophers’ Lab in Saigon, a weekly group where big ideas are explored through experience, not theory.

Elsa Esculier, who worked in international trading, and education in Vietnam and then embraced in 2019 an important life change by welcoming a baby daughter and by expanding her Reiki practice, being today a Reiki Master Teacher

During the panel, Rosi H. Trang Nguyen will share her perspective on how intentional communities and supportive circles can empower individuals, nurture belonging, and create the conditions for people to truly become and flourish.

Rosi H. Trang Nguyen is the founder of 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to building an impactful community of purpose-driven individuals through social impact projects.

With a strong belief in the power of collective action and meaningful connection, she has spent years bringing together people who want to contribute to positive change in their communities.

She is also the Creative Director of The Happievent, a social enterprise that designs community events and meaningful gatherings for international expats and local communities.

Through her work, Rosi H. Trang Nguyen creates spaces where people from diverse backgrounds can meet, exchange ideas, and build authentic relationships.

In addition, Rosi runs CHANCE Charity Shop, a community-driven thrift store that promotes sustainable consumption while supporting local initiatives and social causes.

Thanks to all the participants for last month's event of Saigon Well Being. It has been a pleasure to end the year with such energy and care! 🙏

We are very grateful with all the great feedback we received, and especially about how we succeeded in getting everyone feeling more equipped to deal with the various “labels” we usually receive at the end of the year during the year end parties.

Whether it’s with family, friends, partners, children, we'll always be the "Too much”, or “Not enough” of someone else ... And thanks to our experience, maturity and concrete tools, we can learn how the best to deal with it! ❤️

Thanks to our 3 speakers, who gave us a lot of fun and inspiration, and their authentic stories, and their own learnings and tips during their journey 👏

As the new year begins ... you may feel overwhelmed by all the pressure to make new resolutions for 2026 🫣

No worries, Saigon Well Being, is the space where we gently step aside, think and learn “out of the box”...
