✨ SUNDAY HOLY MASS – 31.05.2026 ✨

Dear ICEPers,

📖 “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.” (2 Corinthians 13:14)

On this blessed Trinity Sunday, we come together to celebrate the mystery of the Holy Trinity — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — three Persons in one God, united perfectly in love. Through the Trinity, we are reminded that faith is not meant to be lived alone, but in communion: with God and with one another.

✨ In the midst of our busy lives, the Lord continues to invite us into a deeper relationship with Him. The Father lovingly guides us, the Son walks beside us, and the Holy Spirit strengthens and renews our hearts each day. Trinity Sunday reminds us that we are created to love, to trust, and to live in unity.

🍀 We warmly invite you to join us this Sunday as we gather in prayer and thanksgiving. May this Holy Mass fill us with peace, deepen our faith, and inspire us to reflect God’s love in our daily lives.

⏰ Schedule:
🍀 2:20 PM – Welcome & Prepare
🎶 2:30 PM – Choir Rehearsal
⛪ 3:00 PM – Holy Mass
📍 Venue: Saint Joseph Jesuit Scholasticate

✨ Let us come with open hearts and allow the Holy Trinity to renew us with faith, hope, and love.

🌱WITHER OR WATER? – ARE YOU WITHERING OR BEING NOURISHED?

📖"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

🍂May has passed by, bringing an immense amount of pressure. Amidst the endless deadlines, final projects, or the uncertainty about your future direction as graduation approaches, have you ever suddenly realized that your soul is gradually draining and "withering"?

🌿Instead of relentlessly carrying the burden and forcing yourself to run on empty, it is time for us to take a pause to recharge, surrender our worries, and "water" ourselves. As God's Word promises: "They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream... its leaves are always green, and it never fails to bear fruit." (Jeremiah 17:8).

✨More specially, this will be the FINAL MEETING TO WRAP UP SEMESTER 2 of our ICEP family.

✨ RADICAL TRUST ✨

☘️ What happens when trust goes beyond logic, comfort, and control? When our plans fail, our hearts grow tired, and the future feels uncertain — do we continue relying only on ourselves, or do we dare to place everything in God’s hands?

☘️ This Tuesday, join ICEP for a special session on Radical Trust — inspired by the Gospel of Luke 5:1–11, where Peter, after an exhausting night of catching nothing, chose to trust Jesus one more time and witnessed a miracle beyond imagination. 🌊✝️

✨ RECAP | THE WAITING ROOM ✨

⏳ Last Tuesday, ICEP gathered for “The Waiting Room”—a meaningful session on patience, uncertainty, and trusting God’s timing. Through sharing case studies on Love, Survival, and Faith, and a peaceful Ignatian Examen, we reflected on how waiting can become a season of growth and preparation rather than fear.

✨ Thank you to everyone who joined and helped create such a warm and sincere atmosphere. May we continue to trust that God is working even in the waiting.

✨ RECAP: “SITUATIONSHIPS” – A LIFESAVER OR A RED FLAG? ✨

🍀 Last Tuesday, our ICEP family gathered for a meaningful session under the theme Dust & Trust, diving deep into the reality of “situationships”—something many of us can relate to, especially during exam season.

🍀 We explored how these in-between relationships can feel comforting at first, giving us a sense of being cared for without commitment. But as we reflected together, we realized they can also leave our hearts restless and unfulfilled—like trying to quench thirst with saltwater.

🍀 Through sharing, discussions, and moments of prayer, we were gently reminded of our deeper longing for genuine, lasting love — a love that truly satisfies. 🤍

🍀 Thank you to everyone who showed up, shared honestly, and journeyed together in openness and trust. Your presence made the night so special!

See you at our next gathering, beloved family. ✨

🚦[DUST & TRUST] "SITUATIONSHIPS" DURING EXAM SEASON: A LIFESAVER OR A RED FLAG?

Being "more than friends, but less than lovers" (what we call a Situationship) gives us a temporary sense of security: we get the perks of being cared for while dodging the weight of commitment. It comes fast, and leaves just as fast.

But did you know? St. Augustine once said something incredibly profound: "Thou hast made us for Thyself, O Lord, and our heart is restless until it rests in Thee." Deep down, our souls crave an eternal connection. Using a temporary, vague relationship to fill our loneliness is sometimes like drinking saltwater when you're thirsty—the more you drink, the thirstier you get.

As part of this month's theme, "Dust & Trust", ICEP will unpack this highly relatable topic this upcoming Tuesday! What's waiting for you this week?

For your best preparation: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gpRJRbgTVj6LeqlpBjKyOspmNOIts3Q6MJepAuom5Rs/edit?tab=t.0

⏰ Time: 7:30 PM, Tuesday (Date 21/04)
(Please arrive exactly at 7:30 PM so we can start with our opening prayer and game!)

Tag your bestie who is stuck in a "situationship" so we can untangle it together! See you all soon, beloved family! 💛✨

✨BREAKING POINT — not the end, but a beginning.✨

💫 Have you ever felt overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you’ve reached your limit?

💫 Sometimes, we try so hard to hold everything together… until we can’t anymore.

But what if your breaking point is not where you fall apart —
but where you finally learn to rest, to open up, and to trust?

✨ “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

✨ RECAP | JOYFUL WITNESS ✨

Last Tuesday, ICEP gathered for a simple yet meaningful evening at Saint Joseph Jesuit Scholasticate.

Together, we reflected on a quiet kind of joy—one that doesn’t come from success or noise, but from hope, peace, and God’s presence in our daily lives.

It was a space to pause, to be real with our worries and questions, and to be reminded that even the smallest joy can become a powerful witness.

“Rejoice in the Lord always.” (Philippians 4:4) ✨
