The STATUS Quo
in Children Disability Education

1️⃣ Around 2 million children with disabilities in Vietnam exist, yet only 50-60% can attend primary schools. Alarmingly, less than 3% of schools have the necessary resources or trained staff to support these students.

2️⃣ Another staggering revelation from a UNICEF survey indicated that only 42.7% of people believe children with disabilities should receive equivalent education. These figures underscore the urgent need for more inclusive institutions, equipped with trained teachers and appropriate infrastructure, to provide educational opportunities for all children.
