🇩🇰🇻🇳 To celebrate the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Denmark and Vietnam, 𝐇.𝐄. 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐢 𝐏𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐳, 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦, and leaders of Danish businesses gathered for a special evening of connection, reflection and celebration.

NordCham was honoured to collaborate with the Embassy of Denmark in Vietnam to organise this meaningful occasion, bringing together members and leaders of Danish businesses in Vietnam to reflect on a remarkable journey of partnership between the two countries.

The evening offered an opportunity to look back on 55 years of cooperation and shared progress. Over the decades, Denmark and Vietnam have built a strong relationship founded on mutual trust, innovation, trade, investment and a shared commitment to sustainable development.

"The strongest business relationships are not built only on transactions, but on trust, reliability, and the willingness to invest for the long term," said Ambassador Nicolai Prytz at the event.

Here's to the next chapter of Denmark–Vietnam cooperation and the continued growth of a partnership built on trust, innovation and shared ambitions for a sustainable future.

As Vietnam advances into a new phase of economic development, the conversation is no longer only about attracting more investment - but attracting better investment.

In a recent interview with Vietnam Today, 𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐤𝐛𝐞𝐥, 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦, shared the perspectives of the Nordic and European business community on Vietnam's latest government reforms and their implications for both local and international businesses.

Vietnam is increasingly seen as entering a second wave of reform, moving beyond its traditional strengths in manufacturing towards a more innovation-driven, higher-value, and globally integrated economy. Rita highlighted that recent efforts to enhance institutional efficiency, accelerate digital transformation, and strengthen infrastructure development are important steps in reinforcing Vietnam's attractiveness to high-quality investment in sectors such as advanced manufacturing, AI, semiconductors, clean energy and sustainable industries.

With strong fundamentals already in place, including political stability, a strategic location, extensive free trade agreements, and a competitive manufacturing base, Vietnam is well positioned to become one of Asia's leading destinations for sustainable and high-value investment in the decade ahead.
