Thousands of Christians gathered at Manchester United’s iconic Old Trafford stadium on Sept. 26 for the NSPPD United Kingdom Prayer Conference led by Nigerian pastor Jerry Eze. The free event drew believers from across the U.K. and other countries for hours of prayer, worship and fellowship.

The 74,000-capacity stadium, normally known around the world for football, was transformed into a massive worship venue as crowds prayed and sang together. Gospel artists including Mercy Chinwo, Dunsin Oyekan, Sunmisola Agbebi and Kaestrings also took part.

The gathering centered on the declaration associated with the NSPPD movement: “What God Cannot Do Does Not Exist.” Organizers said registration demand exceeded available spaces, with the event selling out in advance.

Why does Maxence Lacroix keep coming back to the Bible? 📖✝️

Even on matchdays with Chelsea, Lacroix is often seen with a Bible in his hands. For him, Scripture isn’t just something to carry, it’s how he continues to learn more about Jesus and grow in his relationship with Him.

And his encouragement to others is simple: “The best way to learn what Jesus did and how He lived is to read the Bible.”

There are countless opinions about Jesus. We can build our understanding of Him on what we’ve heard from other people, social media, or even our own assumptions. But if we truly want to know who Jesus is, we should go to the source.

Open the Bible. Read His words. Look at the way He lived. Discover what He did for us through His death and resurrection.

Don’t settle for someone else’s version of Jesus. Seek Him for yourself. And as you do, you may discover not only who Jesus is, but why He is worth trusting, loving, and following with your whole life.

Creed frontman Scott Stapp openly shared his faith in God during the band’s Sept. 6 performance at the Velocity Festival in Dyersville, Iowa.

Before singing “What’s This Life For,” Stapp told the crowd that refusing to surrender to God had brought greater difficulty into his own life. He urged people not to live without faith.

Stapp then declared that Christ did not come for people who already had everything together, but “for the sick” and “for the broken.”

He also spoke about his past alcohol addiction, calling his recovery a testimony of what God can overcome. “My alcoholism is a victory right now,” Stapp said, adding that God brought him through it.

Stapp later sang part of Brandon Lake’s worship song “Gratitude” a ca****la. Video from the festival shows people throughout the crowd raising their hands and joining him as the rock concert turned into a public moment of worship.

At 105 years old, Texas resident Blynda Vidock says the first explanation she gives for her remarkable life is God.

“The good Lord put me here for so many years, and it’s His life through me,” Vidock said while celebrating her birthday surrounded by five generations of family.

Every morning, she still looks to the Lord with gratitude. “This is another day, Lord, why am I here?” she asks. Her conclusion is simple: “Every day is a blessing!”

Vidock remains independent and mentally sharp, and she also credits lifelong exercise, healthy food, moderation and good genes for her longevity. She played tennis, swam throughout her life and says she tried to take care of the body she was given.

But after more than a century of life, her perspective remains rooted in God. She believes even her continued mental clarity is a gift and says kindness toward others remains one of life’s simplest responsibilities.

For Vidock, reaching 105 is not merely a number—it is another day she believes the Lord has given her to live.

Ohio State football players are once again drawing attention for openly expressing their faith, with a widely shared video showing players kneeling together in prayer before taking the field.

The scene reflects a faith culture that has become increasingly visible among Buckeye players in recent years. Members of the team have openly spoken about Jesus, worn “Jesus Won” shirts and participated in campus events centered on sharing the Gospel.

In 2025, Ohio State players helped lead a campus gathering that drew around 2,000 people for worship, testimonies and baptisms. Several players have said their identity in Christ matters more than anything they accomplish on the football field.

Before the competition, the cheering and the pressure, these players made time for something they believe matters even more: prayer.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You don’t need more talent, more influence, or more resources.

You need God.

Surrender is simply opening your hands and saying, “Lord, everything I have is Yours.”

Your gifts.
Your plans.
Your future.
Even your weaknesses.

God is not looking for perfect people. He is looking for willing hearts.

When you place your life fully in His hands, nothing is wasted.

He has a purpose for you.
He has a place for you.
And He can use you right where you are.

Give Him your yes today.

Then trust Him with what comes next. 🙏

A remarkable drone show is capturing attention online after more than 9,000 drones filled the night sky with a tribute to Jesus Christ. The display created striking images tied to the Gospel message, pointing to the cross, sacrifice, love, hope, and redemption.

Many viewers have described it as a powerful reminder that even modern technology can be used to lift up the name of Jesus and reflect the beauty of the Gospel. In the middle of a noisy world, the message shining above was simple and clear: Jesus is still the hope of the world.

John Piper says 1 Corinthians 1:26–31 destroys every reason Christians might have to boast in themselves for their salvation.

Paul reminds believers that not many were considered wise, powerful or noble when God called them. Instead, God deliberately chose what the world regards as foolish, weak, low and despised.

Piper says God’s purpose is clear: He saves in such a way that no human being can stand before Him and claim credit for becoming a Christian.

Christ Himself becomes the believer’s wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption. Salvation therefore does not rest on intelligence, influence, social position or human achievement.

The only rightful boast is in the Lord.
