🧸 Toys for Tet 2026: Join the Ride! Toys for Tet - Toy Run Bamboo Bob Coffee VN
We are gearing up for our annual motorcycle charity run on February 8th to support children in Da Nang and Hanoi. Our focus this year is on plush toys for babies, outdoor play equipment, and educational toys. (Some places need food more than toys, donations can help for that)
Whether you are riding with us or supporting from afar, here is how you can help:

Choose Your Participation Package:
Option 1: The Rider (150k VND)
For those who have their own toy to donate and are joining the ride.
Includes: A fresh coffee on arrival at the meeting point plus a "Roadie Snack Box" (Sandwich, candy, and a drink) for the trip.

Option 2: The Full Package (250k VND)
For those joining the ride but want us to handle the toy for you.
Includes: Everything in Option 1, PLUS we will purchase a high-quality toy on your behalf to be donated during the run.

Option 3: The Supporter (Any Amount)
For those who cannot join the ride or drop off a toy but still want to help.
Includes: 100% of these funds will go directly toward buying extra toys and essential supplies (milk, diapers, etc.) requested by the orphanages.

Chúng tôi đang chuẩn bị cho Toys for Tết Toy Run 2026 tại Đà Nẵng – một hành trình bằng xe mô tô vào ngày 08/02/2026 để mang quà Tết (đồ chơi mới hoặc còn tốt, trò chơi/đồ chơi giáo dục) đến cho các em nhỏ có hoàn cảnh khó khăn trong và quanh Đà Nẵng (nếu không có điểm ngoại thành, chúng tôi vẫn sẵn sàng chạy trong nội thành).

Chúng tôi cần sự giúp đỡ của cộng đồng để tìm địa điểm phù hợp, bao gồm:

Trường mầm non, tiểu học có nhiều học sinh hoàn cảnh khó khăn, thiếu đồ chơi
Trung tâm văn hoá, nhà sinh hoạt cộng đồng
Trung tâm tiếng Anh / câu lạc bộ học tập dành cho học sinh THCS, THPT thiếu đồ chơi, trò chơi hoặc tài liệu giáo dục
Nhóm/đơn vị địa phương đang hỗ trợ trẻ em nhưng ít được biết đến
✅ Tiêu chí chung:

Có thể đón một nhóm xe máy an toàn (đường vào được, có chỗ dừng/đậu)
Có đại diện địa phương (nhà trường, trung tâm, đoàn thể, UBND phường/xã, v.v.) sẵn sàng phối hợp
Nhu cầu thực tế về đồ chơi hoặc trò chơi/đồ dùng giáo dục cho trẻ
👉 Nếu bạn biết địa điểm phù hợp tại Đà Nẵng (nội thành hoặc quanh thành phố):

We’re preparing the Toys for Tết Toy Run 2026 in Đà Nẵng, a motorcycle ride on Sunday, 08 February 2026, to bring Tết joy (toys and educational games) to children in need in and around the city. If we don’t have suitable out‑of‑town locations, we will happily focus on inner‑city stops.

We need your help to identify suitable locations, including:

Kindergartens and primary schools with many children who lack toys or play materials
Community centers or cultural houses
High‑school English centers or study clubs that need educational games, books, or learning toys
Local groups/initiatives that quietly support children
✅ What we’re looking for:

Safe access and parking for a group of motorcycles
A local representative (school, center, organization, ward/commune, etc.) willing to coordinate
Real need for toys or educational games for children/teens
👉 If you know a suitable location in Đà Nẵng (inner city or surrounding areas):

Comment with: location name + ward/commune + district + type (kindergarten/primary/English center/other)
Or send us a direct message including:
Location name
Contact person (if any)
Short description of needs (e.g., lack of kindergarten toys, need English board games, etc.)
We will follow up and verify every suggestion before adding it to our route for 08/02/2026.
We cannot promise to visit every suggested place, but we are committed to using collected toys responsibly and respectfully.

💛 Boerewors Rolls for a Cause – Help Hennie Heal! 💛

Our friend Hennie van Huyssteen was recently involved in a serious accident that left him with a fractured spine (L2) and partial paralysis. After surgery, he’s begun regaining slight movement in his feet, but the road to recovery is still long and expensive.

To support Hennie’s ongoing treatment and rehabilitation, we’re hosting a community fundraiser — and you’re invited!

Helping Hands - Vietnam Happy New Year 🎊
We couldn't have asked for more or better. 🙏 We simply asked for help, support, and awareness – to know that there are children and people struggling daily. 🌍 At Helping Hands Vietnam, we aim for something different: to connect people, to build local teams, and to empower Vietnamese communities to drive positive change. 💪

This vision became a reality thanks to the incredible support of like-minded individuals, Bamboo Bob Coffee VN and Da Nang Guerilla Rugby Club 👏 Their combined efforts resulted in a tremendous turnout, with enough toys to supply two orphanages, along with essential medications and other much-needed items. 🎉

This Tet, let’s make a difference together! 🌟 Bamboo Bob Coffee VN and the Da Nang Guerilla Rugby Club are on a mission to spread joy to children in need.

After the heartwarming success of the Hanoi toy drive—where hundreds of toys were collected for children battling cancer—we’re now turning our focus to the beautiful city of Da Nang. ❤️

A huge shout-out to Motorbikes in Hanoi and The Garage - Hà Nội 👏 Their recent "Toys for Tet" event was an incredible success, collecting more than 100 toys for children at the cancer hospital.
