Labor Day 5K on St Croix this Monday at 6am. Aw, come on...it's a holiday!! Finish your run by the beautiful Christiansted waterfront! Race-day registration will be held at Southgate from 5:15am to 5:45am. 🏃‍♀️🏃🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃🏃‍♂️

Yup, it's actually happening! We were keeping it hush-hush until we could figure out the correct date that suits the majority. Will it be Nov 19, the Sunday before Thanksgiving???? Hmmm, giving it a try with the local triathletes first. We'll announce the 2024 date within a few days after this year's Beauty & The Beast Triathlon. Stay tuned...

Come out to cheer on your friends on Sunday, Nov 19, as they dig deep and accomplish great things! Cramers Park on St. Croix's east end is an awesome place to spend the morning! The first wave starts the swim portion at 7am sharp.

This guy here! David Crowther was the BEST announcer for the Beauty & The Beast Triathlon! Not only did he play jammin' music, David mentioned every athlete's name and sponsor throughout the race. He was "on" all day! We're grateful for your time and talent, David!

Our morning got started with the National Anthem and the Virgin Islands March sung by VI athlete, Ashley Bouzianis. A moment of silence and focus is a great way to prepare for "game day". What a lovely voice you have, Ashley Bouzianis! Thanks for sharing your talent!

If you haven't tried the food from Pepper Grill food truck, then you must visit the foot of the Christiansted Bypass to have a great lunch. Dillon and his staff made delicious plates of chicken, ribs and veggies as the post-race meal for tired, hungry athletes. It certainly tamed some beastly appetites!
