Where Can I Go to Practice the Spanish that I Have Learned? That's a question that is unspoken within the minds of many language learners. Knowing that our command and recall is not up to par, we often are hesitant to even try in front of others. But wouldn't it be great if there were such a place where others are also feeling the same way? Wouldn't it be even better if everyone at the table tried
to speak of what each has learned? Have you taken two years of college Spanish and still do not feel comfortable conversing? It's amazing how many college graduates with two years or even four years of formal language learning feel the same way! Have you always wanted to learn but did not have the resources (time, money, opportunity) to do so? Change that today. You will need to invest time, but money is not required. Decide to spend your time on this opportunity. Time, Thought, Mouth Movement, but no $$$$
From "Are you at home?" to "I haven't eaten yet." clear up to the end of the alphabet with "Where are you going?" and many situations between, there is a place where you can come to practice all that you have learned. Are you a new beginner? Look for L1 - L2 study groups. Fluent or several years of formal Spanish language courses? Look for L3 - L4 study groups. LN are the native or near-native speakers. The cultural experiences we share here are not graded by level. We encourage all of you to come out to see something you have not yet seen first-hand. We are working on providing small group situations that flex for morning, afternoon, and evening from south Palm Beach County to even the Jupiter area. We need learners who are not afraid to say, I am not a teacher, I am not fluent, but I have a desire to study with others to practice speaking. We need you to come and help us learn to finally speak that which we know.
