Hi all- Sharon Boggs has been a teacher in Zionsville schools for over 25 years. She taught a PVE and then moved to Union a year or two after the new building opened - teaching first grade. She is retiring this year. We are supporting organizing a card/letter campaign asking her former students to send her notes/letters with a favorite memory or update on their life including a picture.

In response to the diapers donated by the ZAA and ZCS employees as part of ZCS Do Days, we received this message from the Indiana Diaper Bank.

“Please let your team know that together, they donated a total of 2,156 diapers, which means 86 children in our community will be able to receive diapers because of YOU!”

Zionsville Alumni Association Supports Local School Programs

March 6, 2026 – The Zionsville Alumni Association (ZAA) recently presented $2,250 in donations to Zionsville Community Schools (ZCS) to support three student-focused initiatives.

The funding will support After Prom, a community-supported event providing Zionsville Community High School juniors and seniors a safe place to gather after prom on April 25; the Curriculum Materials Fund, which helps students obtain needed school materials; and “Do Days,” a community service initiative that engages students, staff, and families in projects such as park cleanups and food drives. For this project we donated $250 worth of diapers to the Indiana Diaper Bank.

ZAA also continues its tradition of connecting alumni through programs like the All Class Reunion and Soaring Eagle Hall of Fame, held every three years. The next event is scheduled for July 24, 2027.

Heads Up! Last call for ZCHS alumni from the 2000s to join us this Weds., March 11 at Zionsville Town Hall to talk about the future of this organization and get involved if you desire. Email ASAP for details.
