Why do we jump?

For those who have, no explanation is necessary. For those who haven’t, no explanation will ever truly be enough.

For many of us, skydiving is so much more than a thrill ride. It’s something that gives us a reason to wake up in the morning. It’s the anticipation of getting to the drop zone, seeing your best friends, and experiencing the sky in a way most people never will.

It’s the freedom, the purpose, and the community we’ve found along the way.

For some of us, this sport didn’t just change our lives. It saved them.

Gabe understood that better than most. And as skydivers, we understand it too.

But now, these firefighters have experienced something Gabe loved so deeply. They’ve gotten a glimpse into the world that meant everything to him, and the community that became his family.

Because it’s never been just about jumping out of airplanes. It’s about the people we share the sky with.

Smoke to Sky: Jump for Gabe 2027.

Blue skies, brother. We’ll keep jumping for you.

Every year, we remember what happened 25 years ago on this day.

A quarter of a century later. Soon 9/11 will be become a memory or history book script like D-Day or The Tet Offensive. However, for the people who were there, the memories are very real.

Tens of thousands of people are still affected not only mentally, but physically from what happened on that day.

2,977 victims in one day. Those victims deaths spanned down the East Coast..at the World Trade Center, The Pentagon, and in Pennsylvania.

That day resulted in the largest loss of life in a single day for the first responder community, at 441 souls lost.

We will never forget, what happened, on September 11th, 2001.

We want to pay our respects to not only the innocent lives lost and families forever affected, but to every first responder who served or continues to serve. Your thankless dedication to our community, does not go unappreciated by Leaps of Hope or the people who support us.

Thank you, for your service.

This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and stand beside those still fighting battles long after they return home.

At Leaps of Hope, our mission is to support veterans and first responders through connection, purpose, and healing. Reminding them they are never alone in the fight.

Thank you to our donors and sponsors for believing in this mission and helping us continue the fight for those who have sacrificed so much.
