Still catching up on posting the results of a great week!!

On Thursday, we held our annual rabbit dress-up competition. This is one of our favorite events of the week, as it showcases the creativity of all of our bunny barn kids!!

Congratulations to our overall winner, Piper Parsons!! The dedication to all of these costumes was incredible. Thank you to all who participated!! 🐰🎡🏆

‼️Reminder:

NO rabbits are to leave the barn until FIVE PM today. If you take your rabbit from the barn before five you will be asked not to return to the rabbit barn next year. The pizza party will be at 4 and tear down will begin soon after. Rabbits may only leave the barn after five pm.

Several teams of 4-H and FFA members competed in our Bunny Barn co****le tournament on Thursday!

Even though it was hot outside, members did a great job! Our winning team was Peyton Paul and Tori Rose, who will go on to the finals against other species’ teams!

On Wednesday of this week, we had several teams compete in Team Judging!! Great conversations were had, and it was a fun bonding experience for our exhibitors.

Participants were asked to place a Dutch, Mini Rex, and Californian according to how well they align with the ARBA’s standards for their breeds.

The correct placing of the class was as follows:

1st- Mini Rex
2nd- Dutch
3rd- Californian

The Mini Rex had no faults, while the Dutch had markings outside of the standard (a fault) , and the Californian was missing a toenail (a disqualification).

Three teams placed the rabbits correctly, but only one team got the reasons for the placing correct… that team consisted of Kadie Rush, Ella Allen, and Cameron Scott!! Congratulations!🥇

Good morning!
The Rabbit Barn is a little wet this morning but otherwise all good here. 🐰🐰

The grounds are open to exhibitors only until Noon. There is high water at the back gate and front gates. You can access the Kimble Road gate and avoid water on the way to the barn. Eppley Ave is flooded towards the grounds. Please use Seborn if coming that way.

If you are not able to make it in to care for your animals, please message this page or text Christy @ 740-607-0402.

We are on the grounds and will gladly take care of your furry friends.

We had a great night of breeding and market judging last night!!!

Thank you to everyone who helped set up, get kids in between buildings with the rain, assist kids in the barn while the Committee was busy, and tear down! We are so, so appreciative of everyone who stepped up.

We will see everyone at 12pm on Wednesday to start Showmanship!!
